⭐️ Quick note: During the holiday season or busy periods such as when a video goes viral, the shipping times may take longer than usual. Our aim is to deliver orders in the UK within a period of 1-2 weeks, while outside the UK, deliveries may take up to 2-4 weeks.
Please note that shipping times may vary and may not take this long. As I am mainly a one-person business, everything is made to order which is why shipping times may be longer than usual.

Please note🙏🏽 : When placing an order outside of the UK to the EU & other international countries, unfortunately, we are not responsible for any extra taxes or customs fees that may be incurred. This is the customers responsibility. If fees are incurred please make sure to pay these to avoid your parcel being returned to us 📦🎀
RETURNS
I am happy to accept a return within 14 days of ordering if there are any defaults or defects with the items. For customised pieces I cannot accept returns. Refunds can be accepted if the item is faulty.
