  • How long will my order take?
    Orders normally take between 7-14 business days, however due to the current influx of orders, they may take up to 6 weeks.
  • Do you ship to my country?
    We currently ship world-wide therefore orders may take longer, we are also not responsible for any additional fees or import charges that may incur. Ordering from abroad does pose a risk to the chances of your parcel being delayed or returned to me. If you would like to receive your parcel, you will need to purchase shipping again. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our small business, we cannot offer refunds. You must check your address is correct before purchasing and keep an eye on it when it is due to arrive, I will send a tracking number as proof of purchase. Please make sure you read this before continuing with your purchase.
  • How can I make changes to my order?
    If you spot any mistakes in your order, need to change any address details or products, please contact us on within 2 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately we cannot make any changes once your order has been dispatched.
  • Can I make a return?
    I am happy to accept a return within 14 days of ordering if there are any defaults or defects with the items. For customised pieces I cannot accept returns. Refunds can be accepted if the item is faulty.
  • Will I be charged for international import fees?
    I am not responsible for any international charges incurred during the order placement process. As a customer, you are solely responsible for any fees incurred, including customs fees.
